How often should windows be cleaned?

Most customers go for every 4 weeks, which keeps glass, frames and sills consistently clear in Northwest weather. We also offer fortnightly, 8-weekly and one-off cleans.

Do you need access to water or electricity?

No. We carry our own purified water and equipment, so there's nothing for you to plug in or turn on.

Do I need to be home?

Not at all — as long as gates are unlocked we can clean the outside of your property while you're at work. We'll message you when the job's done.

How do I pay?

Bank transfer, cash or card. We send a payment reminder after each clean, and commercial customers can be invoiced monthly.

Yes — we're fully insured for domestic and commercial work, and happy to provide details on request.

What happens if it rains?

Pure water cleaning still works perfectly in light rain — rainwater is clean, it's the dirt on the glass that causes streaks. In heavy wind or storms we'll reschedule for safety.
